And it makes a strange sound when I connect it. Ever since then, it's not showing up on my desktop or disk utility. Until I accidentally disconnected it in the middle of a download. But once I did it, it worked beautifully. It took me a while to learn to reconfigure it for Mac. So I got my $63 WD Elements Hard Drive in the mail and I started using it yesterday.
